About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Technical Product Marketing Manager, Piper AI SDR Agent

About the Role

Qualified is the leading Agentic Marketing Platform for B2B pipeline generation, and Piper — our AI SDR Agent — is at the center of it all. We're looking for a Technical PMM to own the demo experience and help bring Piper to life for the world.

This is a rare blend of product depth, storytelling, and stage presence. You'll be the person who makes our most complex innovation feel effortless and exciting — whether that's in a polished demo environment, in front of 500 Salesforce execs at a World Tour event, or in a recorded video watched by thousands. You'll work closely with Product, Solution Engineering, and Marketing to stay on the cutting edge of what Piper can do, and translate that into compelling, repeatable demo experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Own and iterate the demo environment: This is the backbone of everything. Keeping the demo orgs current with every product release, configuring updates regularly, making adjustments based on demo feedback, etc. Own multiple ‘marketing event’ environments to allow for multiple brand profiles to be demonstrated at once (think: AMD, Asana, customer-approved live implementations).

  • Iterate with every launch. Stay deeply in sync with the Product and Solution Engineering teams to understand new innovations as they ship. Rapidly update demo flows to showcase the latest — from new Piper Presentation, Multimodal capabilities to Email Guides, Agent Studio, Mission Control, and beyond.

  • Create demo assets for the field. Record voiceovers and produce demo videos for internal enablement, external events, and Salesforce broadcast moments like Connections and World Tour. Deliver high-quality demo footage on tight timelines.

  • Scale access to our Qualified demo: Own the strategy and execution for getting Qualified's keynote demo into the hands of the broader Salesforce field. This means building a scalable access program, defining the right environments, documentation, enablement materials and governance so the demo can be run confidently by teams beyond Qualified. This role will be the point person for onboarding, training and keeping the demo current for Salesforce teams.

  • Bring the Qualified demo to life across events and enablement: Be the face of Piper in action by presenting live demos across a range of settings. These include internal TGIFs, team enablement, World Tour theater sessions, co-selling trainings and executive briefings. Comfortable presenting to audiences ranging from individual executives to 80K+ streamed viewers.

  • Enable the sales and SFDC field. Support ongoing enablement programs — from new AE onboarding to Marketing Cloud co-sell sessions — helping both internal teams and Salesforce sellers understand how to position and demo Qualified.

  • Be the demo voice in the room. Collaborate with PMM, Product, and Field Marketing teams to ensure demos reflect our latest narrative — whether that's the Agentic Marketing Flywheel, our Salesforce-native integration story, or how Piper competes and wins.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6+ years in product marketing, solutions engineering, or a technical customer-facing role — ideally at a B2B SaaS company

  • Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining product demo environments

  • Deep curiosity about AI and marketing technology; you geek out over how things work under the hood

  • Exceptional presentation skills — you can make a complex product feel magical in front of any audience

  • Strong collaboration instincts; you know how to work cross-functionally across Product, SE, and Marketing

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud is a plus

  • Experience at or working closely with Salesforce ecosystem events (World Tour, Dreamforce, Connections) is a big plus

Why This Role

You'll be joining at an inflection point — Qualified is now part of Salesforce, and Piper is being introduced to a global audience for the first time. Your demos won't just be internal tools; they'll be the first impression Piper makes on tens of thousands of people. This is the kind of role where your work shows up on the main stage.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
