[Remote] AI Forward Engineer (Product / Project Focus)

They are seeking an AI Delivery Engineer to manage the delivery of AI-powered applications and ensure successful deployment by collaborating with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered applications
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define product requirements and delivery priorities
• Translate business needs into actionable technical plans for engineering teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions on time and with high quality
• Leverage AI tools to improve planning, documentation, prototyping, and delivery workflows
• Continuously identify opportunities to incorporate AI into products and internal processes
• Track project progress, remove blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders
• Drive rapid iteration and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle

Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of modern AI applications and LLM-powered products
• Active user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Passion for building with AI and experimenting with new workflows ('vibe coding')
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive projects independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
