Puente Talent Partners connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies. This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a profitable, 20-plus year old e-commerce company with 8-figure annual revenue. They are a top 1% Amazon seller in their category and are now building a fast-growing direct B2B channel selling to institutional buyers nationwide. Small team, no bureaucracy, no unnecessary layers. You will be the first human voice every inbound buyer talks to, joining a lean team where speed of response directly moves revenue. You will report to the sales lead and work closely with the quoting specialist to turn inbound interest into closed deals.
You're the first human voice every inbound buyer talks to. Leads come in on their own, from ads and email, and the company closes close to 80% of qualified inbound once the buyer actually sees a quote. The bottleneck isn't finding leads, it's reaching them before the request goes cold.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to every inbound lead in under 5 minutes, by phone, every time.
- Get past the gatekeeper, typically an administrative contact filtering calls, to reach the actual decision-maker.
- Update the CRM (HubSpot) in real time with accurate records on every contact.
- Deliver the quote live, on the call, rather than relying on a follow-up email that may not land in time.
- Run structured monthly and quarterly follow-ups to keep relationships warm and reorders flowing.

This is a full-time independent contractor role, Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM EST, 100% remote from Latin America. Compensation is USD 1,000 - 1,750 per month based on experience. You will receive a company laptop and have access to ongoing training and a clear path to senior sales roles as the B2B channel scales.
