Our client is a profitable, 20-plus year old e-commerce company with 8-figure annual revenue. They are a top 1% Amazon seller in their category and are now building a fast-growing direct B2B channel selling to institutional buyers nationwide. Small team, no bureaucracy, no unnecessary layers.
About the Role
They're hiring one person to own and build their outbound growth engine end to end, the system that captures the B2B revenue they know they're leaving on the table today. This is a builder role, not maintenance. You diagnose what's not working, bring a plan, and implement it yourself.
- You're a Google Ads savant, exceptional at it, this is the number one skill they're hiring for.
- Manage Google Ads end to end, reading seasonal buying patterns and adjusting spend, bidding, and messaging to maximize return on ad spend.
- Own cold email infrastructure, tighten existing systems, and scale them using AI tools for setup, sequencing, copy, and list-building.
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows that move leads through the pipeline and use closed-deal data to refine targeting over time.
- Stand up back-end email campaigns cleanly and without extensive hand-holding.
- Track all campaigns, document processes, and leave behind repeatable systems rather than tribal knowledge.
Compensation: $2,000 – $3000 USD/month
Location: Remote (Latin America)
- Experience with seasonal or calendar-driven buying patterns.
- Familiarity with high-intent, narrow keyword strategies.
- Experience working in small, nimble teams with direct access to leadership.
