We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and communicating with business owners. You should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and contributing ideas in addition to executing day-to-day outreach.
The ideal candidate will have professional spoken and written English, experience in business development, customer success, account management, sales development, or another client-facing role, and confidence speaking with decision makers over the phone. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate CRM records are essential.
You should also be comfortable learning technical products, adapting quickly in a startup environment, and using modern productivity tools—including AI assistants—to improve your effectiveness. A reliable internet connection and professional remote work environment are required.
Altricity delivers connected battery recovery technology that helps drivers, fleets, and equipment operators recover from dead battery events quickly and safely through intelligent hardware and a mobile app platform.
Our commercial product is already in the market, and we are actively expanding our installer and partner network throughout the United States. As our Channel Development Coordinator, you'll work directly with the founder to identify, engage, and qualify installation partners while helping scale our national go-to-market strategy.

As Channel Development Coordinator, you will play an important role in expanding Altricity's installer and partner network throughout the United States. Working directly with the founder, you'll help identify and engage automotive installers, fleet service providers, and related businesses that could benefit from partnering with Altricity.
Your primary focus will be initiating meaningful business conversations rather than making high-volume sales calls. You'll introduce our partner program, qualify potential opportunities, and coordinate follow-up meetings when there is mutual interest. Along the way, you'll maintain accurate CRM records, research prospective accounts, and capture valuable market feedback.
Because we are an early-stage company, you'll also have the opportunity to influence how we communicate with customers, refine outreach strategies, improve processes, and leverage AI tools to work more efficiently. Success in this role will be measured by the quality of relationships developed, qualified partner opportunities generated, and your contributions to building a scalable channel development process.
While not required, the following experience would be beneficial:
- Automotive aftermarket, fleet services, or vehicle technology experience
- Dealer, channel, or partner development experience
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or customers
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar systems
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve communication, research, or workflow automation
- Startup or early-stage company experience where adaptability and initiative were important
- Strong business writing skills and the ability to create clear follow-up communications
- A passion for continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to refine processes and messaging
